Convert an Excel spreadsheet to PDF
Open a workbook, choose the sheet you need and save it as a PDF through your browser's print dialog.
How it works
- Choose your .xlsx file.
- Select the sheet and check the layout.
- Choose Print / Save as PDF.

Making the PDF look right
Wide sheets can split across several pages. Use landscape orientation in the print dialog, and choose a scale that fits the width. Hide columns you do not need before printing.
WorkFlo does not yet support custom print areas or repeating header rows.
Limitations
We would rather you know before you start. These are the things this tool does not do or may not preserve:
- No custom print areas, page breaks or repeated headers.
- Charts from imported files may not appear.
- Very wide sheets need landscape and scaling.
