Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using WorkFlo ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ali H Media Inc..

2. The Service

WorkFlo provides browser-based tools to create, open, edit and export documents, spreadsheets and presentations. It is free to use and supported by advertising.

3. Your files

You keep all rights in your files. Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. Drafts saved in your browser can be lost if you clear browser data or use private browsing.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service. Do not use automated means to place excessive load on it.

5. File compatibility

WorkFlo reads and writes common Office file formats but is not identical to any other software. Some content or formatting may not be preserved when opening or saving files. Always check an exported file before relying on it.

5A. PDF tools

The PDF tools process files in your browser. The Unlock PDF tool must be used only on documents you own or are authorised to unlock, and it requires the password; it cannot recover lost passwords. The Sign PDF tool places an image of a signature on a document. It does not verify identity, issue certificates or keep an audit trail, and we make no statement that such a signature is legally valid for any particular document or jurisdiction. White-out in the Edit PDF tool covers content visually and is not redaction. Check every output file before you rely on it.

6. Templates

Templates are provided for general information. Legal, financial and similar templates are illustrations only and are not professional advice.

7. Advertising and third parties

The Service may display advertising and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ali H Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM CAP AND CARVE-OUTS.]

10. Trademarks

Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are trademarks of Google LLC. WorkFlo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the Service and may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
