An honest comparison

WorkFlo covers the 80 percent of tasks most people do: writing, simple layout, spreadsheets with formulas and straightforward slide decks. It is not a full replacement for a desktop suite.

Where a desktop suite is still better

Macros, pivot tables, tracked changes, complex page layout, advanced animations, embedded media, real-time co-editing and very large files are better served by a desktop suite or a collaborative cloud suite.

Limitations

We would rather you know before you start. These are the things this tool does not do or may not preserve:

  • No macros, pivot tables, tracked changes or advanced animations.
  • Imported files may lose features WorkFlo cannot represent. We report what was skipped.
