Convert a PowerPoint presentation to PDF

Open your presentation, check the slides, and export a PDF with one slide per page. The PDF is generated in your browser.

Open a PPTX to convert

How it works

  1. Choose your .pptx file.
  2. Check each slide.
  3. Choose Export PDF.

What you get

One slide per page

Widescreen pages that match the slide shape.

Generated locally

Rendered in your browser.

No watermark

Clean output.

What the PDF contains

Slides are drawn from the content WorkFlo could read: text, pictures, shapes and backgrounds. In the PDF each slide is an image, so text in the PDF is not selectable.

If you need selectable text, export from the app that made the presentation.

Limitations

We would rather you know before you start. These are the things this tool does not do or may not preserve:

  • Slide text in the PDF is an image and not selectable.
  • Charts, tables and SmartArt from the original file are not drawn.
  • Animations are not represented.

Questions

Can I include speaker notes?
