How to Convert HTML or a Web Page to PDF
Turn pasted HTML or an .html file into a PDF, and what to expect from layout, lists and tables.
Saving a page as a PDF is useful for receipts, notes, documentation and anything you want to keep exactly as it was.
From HTML you have
Open HTML to PDF, paste your HTML or choose an .html file and download the PDF. Headings, paragraphs, lists and tables are kept.
From a web page
You cannot convert a live address with a browser-only tool, because websites do not let other sites read their pages. Two reliable ways instead:
- Use your browser's Print command and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
- Save the page's HTML, or copy the part you need, and convert that.
What to expect
Simple pages convert well. Pages that depend on scripts, fancy styles or web fonts will look plainer, because only the document content is converted.
Finish the document
- Combine several pages with Merge PDF.
- Add numbering with Add page numbers for long documents.
Privacy
Conversion is done in your browser, so the text you paste is not sent to a server.
