Reorder the pages of a PDF

See every page as a thumbnail and drag them into the order you want. Arrow buttons on each page make it possible on touch screens too.

How to reorder PDF Pages in 3 steps

  1. Choose your PDF and wait for the thumbnails.
  2. Drag pages to their new positions, or use the arrows.
  3. Press Save new order and download.

Fixing scan order

Double-sided scanners often produce pages in the wrong sequence, for example all fronts followed by all backs. Reordering thumbnails lets you see the problem and fix it visually.

Large documents

Thumbnails load one after another, so a long PDF fills in gradually. You can start moving pages before every thumbnail has appeared. For very long files, consider splitting first and reordering each part.

Private by design

Reorder PDF Pages runs as code inside your browser tab. The file you choose is read from your device and the result is built on your device, so it is not sent to our servers or anyone else's. You can confirm this by watching the Network tab in your browser's developer tools while you use the tool.
